1. About Route 99
Route 99 is an online store selling digital products only, including e-books, PDF tools, online courses, digital frames/profile overlays, stock image packs, browser plugins/extensions, and social media/branding templates. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice
- Payment must be received in full before digital products are delivered
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, or similar); Route 99 does not store your full payment card details
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered via download link, email, or access credentials as described in our [Shipping Policy]. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files promptly, as outlined in that policy.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable in the traditional sense, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with that policy.
