Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

- Items with odors, stains, or damage
- Custom-made or personalized orders (partial refunds only)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
Chargebacks / Disputes
Disputes filed outside the 30-day window or for reasons not covered in this policy are not eligible for refunds, in accordance with Affirm’s compliance rules.
